Stiking Features of Samsung Captivate

Samsung’s BlackJack, a Windows Phone, was a complete eye-candy. It had striking looks and was one of the best Windows Phones that the market has seen. But then, came the Omnia. Though it had some grounds in the looks department, it completely lost it in the UI department due to its own piece of software, the TouchWiz, on top of the Windows OS. Now, its Samsung Captivate. I can surely say that this is again one of the best looking Android phones from Samsung. Sleek, slim and a massive screen, the perfect design of a handheld device.

With a resolution of 480×800 and super AMOLED, the Captivate’s screen is one the largest and the brightest and clearest out there. Its has one of the best screens as only a few other Android phones. Another section where the Captivate scores is the battery section. Android is known for its capability to drain the battery of the host phone very quickly. Phones like the Evo and Nexus suffer this problem. Captivate gives good batter life even after super customization and power usage of the phone, but not as long a batter life as on the Droid.
